Even if you don't like non dairy ice cream and even if you don't like coconut you are sure to love Luna and Larry's Organic Cocunut Bliss products. They come in a wide variety of flavors, the mint chip or Mint Galactica, being my favorite, but all are delicious.Coconut Bliss is made from, you guessed it, coconut milk, but each of the products are made to have their own unique flavor from Cappuccino to Chocolate Peanut Butter to Pineapple Coconut and more. It is creamy, healthy and hard to put down.
When my husband asked last night if we had any ice cream for him to eat, and I told him I had this healthy non dairy stuff, he groaned. But two bites into Mint Galactica he was sold. In addition to avoiding all of the adverse effects ingesting of cow's milk ice cream, you also avoid the adverse effects of eating sugar as Luna and Larry use organic agave to sweeten their desserts so they taste sweet yet are very low on the glycemic index so your head is not spinning after eating it. My kids love it too and I don't feel guilty about feeding it to them. A win-win for all!
