"If you are as disorganized as I am, it might be worth checking out" - absolutely. UpToUs is a dream come true for organizing classroom and sports groups activities. Even if you ARE organized (I am!) it's a big help. The website is super friendly and very easy to use. The UpToUs solution has been adopted by YMCA and by local schools, so obviously it works.
