Kid Yoga - Healthy Child

We all know how important stress relief and reduction is for adults.  We must all take time to remember to breathe deeply, relax and become inward for our general health.  But what about our kids?  I think if kids learn these skills at an early age, they will more easily incorporate them into their lifestyle into adulthood.  In addition, kids today suffer amounts of stress that they need to learn to manage.  Children's yoga may just be the natural, healthy way to exercise, relax, focus and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.  These techniques may also be of particular benefit to children with ADD/ADHD and autism.
