A friend just sent me this link about Power Up Sundance- Where Fitness Meets Philanthropy. It looks dreamy, the ultimate girl's weekend or solo retreat. A place to zen-out and get fit knowing that 25% of the cost of the program goes to charity. It is a glamourous eco-friendly retreat that blends emerging green life-style and wellness trends with mind blowing natural scenery. Very showtheLOVE!They have a retreat coming up August 13-16 that looks incredibly tempting. I am going to keep it in mind for next summer, although they do winter retreats as well.
