My girlfriend told me about this cool company Stop Aging Now, and of course I was totally skeptical until I checked it out and read that Dr. Andrew Weil supports their philosophy. It is all about living a healthier, longer life through knowledge and nutrition. They offer vitamin and mineral supplements that are specifically formulated to stop the aging process which I for one could really use right now. I had a rude wake up call on the beach in Hawaii when I looked down at my thighs and although I am not overweight, the skin on my legs sagged and looked old. I know I can't stop the inevitable, but if I can be the most healthy I can be, then I will feel better about the whole thing (and maybe have less aches and pains in general!). Jan 5
