I can't seem to get my baby to sleep through the night and she is 3 months old. Does anyone have any tips?

none of my babies slept through until 6 months...there are so many "techniques" out there you just have to try the ones that sound doable and see what works. I swaddled and used pacifiers. I made sure their tummies were full of milk, they were burped and changed and were not fully asleep when I put them down. If they cry a little (not wailing, just protest crying) it's okay...leave the room for a few minutes...go out of ear shot (brush your teeth) and see how they are when you return. I found that my babies would often settle down within minutes. If they learn to settle to sleep the first time they go down, they'll be able to do increasingly on their own when they wake at night...some babies do seem to need to eat at least once between 7 pm and 7 am so work your way from 3-4 hour intervals to 6-8 and then before you know it, they will go 8-10 and then 10-12...
I also heard some baby nurses swear that tummy sleeping gets them sleeping through the night faster...but I wouldn't try that for long stretches until after their 4 months when the danger of SIDS seems to be much less...
swaddling also really helps if you can keep them tucked in...my kids all loved that tight and secure feeling...
