First Ladies Unite

In Ouagadougou first ladies from the west African countries of Benin, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Mali, Niger, Togo and Burkina Faso are coming together to try to put an end to the awful awful tradition of female circumcision (aka genital mutilation) that is happening in over 30 countries today. This is a great first step in helping make the world a better place.  It fits in with what I have been saying this week to my kids.  "No one can do everything, but everyone can do something."  Read more here.
