The Cole Haan Nike Air team really is a dream.  Just take a look at this "Greena Air" open toe pump. In any other brand this shoe would pinch or squeeze, but with woven whipstitching and a textured platform heel, all cushioned with the Nike Air sole, what could be better?  $295. at Nordstrom.
