High-Waisted Wear

Those high-waisted jeans keep threatening a come-back.  While I don't enjoy the low-plumber look any more than the next mother-of-four, I am still leary of the above-the-belly-button look.  But in the event I have no choice and find myself in trousers only a sailor would be proud of (though I would opt for the skinny leg), I am planning to pair them with a sweet tie-neck blouse like this one.
