Converse is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and debuting a new line called One Star Oxfords.  Its not even right to call this a trend because when have CT's ever not been in style?  Talk about never-ending cool, these Chucks arrive just in time for spring.  Still priced under 40. and at Target stores.
